We can arrange delivery on any orders that are within a 20 minutes radius of Brisbane CBD. If you do not fall within this delivery zone then you can collect your camping equipment from our base in Spring Hill. Specific details can be arranged via email or over the phone.

There is a deposit of 30% required on all camping equipment. If 30% of the order total is less than $70 then a minimum deposit of $70 is required. Deposit it to be paid at time of booking.
No, we only charge a $70 cleaning fee if the camping equipment is returned dirty. If returned clean then there is no fee.
You will be required to provide one form of ID to hire our hiking equipment and camping gear, whether that be a package or something as small as a sleeping bag liner or single tent.
